CISCAES was formed out of the critical necessity to provide a platform for eligible Nigerian voters to take full charge, ownership or control of the country’s elections by enforcing a peaceful, transparent and credible electoral process, which enables the voting masses to choose their own political leaders rather than the imposition of leaders by the ruling elites, INEC or the judiciary. This AIM is designed to be achieved by employing political education, non-violent activism and peaceful advocacy, as tools and sustainable means of compelling key political stakeholders, including federal government, INEC, security agencies, judges, the judiciary, candidates, political parties and support groups, to imbibe good conduct and play by the rules.
